Return and Replace Policy for NRJ E-Hookah:

   • We regret to inform you that we do not accept returns or refund for any purchased items. Once a purchase is made, it is considered final.

2. Replacement Policy:

   • We offer replacements only in cases where there is a factory defect or malfunction in the product.
   • Replacement requests must be made within 15 days from the date of receiving the item.

3. Exclusions:

   • We strictly prohibit washing the hookah or the battery with water, as it may cause damage to the product.
   • Any damage resulting from washing the hookah or battery with water will not be covered under this return and replace policy.

   • Our team will guide you through the replacement process, which may include providing evidence of the defect or arranging for the return of the faulty item.
